Mix for Fondue Chinoise "Chinoise Mix"
CHF 24.00Maltodextrin (potato), Garlic in powder, Onion granulated, Parsley, Chives, Salt without iodine, Corn starch, Yeast extract, Onion powder, Rapeseed oil, Pea fiber, Turmeric, Laurel powder, Curry Madras, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Clove powder, Cayenne pepper.
Direction for 125 g sauce :
Pour 10 g (1 tablespoon) in 125 g (4 to 5 tablespoon.) white cottage cheese or mayonnaise, mix well and let stand 5 min.
